Anchorage Kayak & Sail.

Start your day at 8.15am with Abel Tasman Kayaks in Marahau catching a water taxi into the heart of The Park to Anchorage.  From here enjoy a guided kayak tour paddling among the little islands of this sheltered bay. This tour is ideal for families or the less experienced kayak cruiser. This kayak trip has a strong emphasis on fun and enjoyment, paddling at a relaxed pace and pausing often for stories, to enjoy views, and conversation. 

Enjoy your own packed lunch on the beach (pre-ordered lunch available) before meeting your knowledgeable skipper, boarding your stable sailing catamaran and let nature do the work, catching the sea breeze as you sail along the coastline, enjoying the sights of stunning beaches, bays, islands and estuaries on your journey back to Kaiteriteri Beach.

Join the catamaran at Anchorage by 1:30pm and check out the Fur Seal colony at Pinnacle Island before an exhilarating sail back down the coast.

It is important to note that check in for the Kayak portion of this trip is at 8:15am in Marahau. Your sailing departure is then scheduled for 1:30pm from Anchorage Beach and finishing in Kaiteriteri at 4.30 pm. Return transfer to Marahau included.

Lunch can be included for $16 per person.
