3 Days/ 2 Nights - Jamarh - Catered

For a real experience of the Abel Tasman National Park, plan your exclusive tour just they way you want it. 

Spend 3 days and 2 nights on board large comfortable catamaran Jamarh, where the trip is customised to suit you.  All meals catered for, suited for groups or families of up to 10 guests . Cabins are private doubles or twin share, with private or share bathroom. Full use of yacht’s inventory including sit on kayaks, fishing & snorkelling gear, dinghy etc. Depart and return to Kaiteriteri.

Opportunities for sailing, fishing, swimming, beach strolling, walking coastal track, kayaking, viewing NZ fur seals, marine and birdlife. Explore shallow lagoons, islands, golden beaches and bays. Those walking the track can be dropped in one bay and picked up in another.  Be active or sit back and relax.  No sailing experience necessary. Your Skipper with excellent local knowledge is your personal guide and host.  Stay on board overnight on anchor in secluded bays. Enjoy the stillness of sunrise and sunsets and the quiet of The Park when the day trippers have departed.

Here is a three day, two night sample itinerary to get you interested:

Day 1

Depart Kaiteriteri, cruise past Split Apple Rock, Adele & Fisherman Islands.
Lunch onboard in a quiet bay.
Walk Torrent Bay to Bark Bay.
View the antics of NZ fur seals.
Sail to Anchorage Bay and stay onboard.
Evening adventure to see the glowworms and cave wetas.

Day 2

Kayak or dinghy into Shag Harbour.
Sail to Awaroa. Explore the shallow waters of the lagoon.
Walk to Awaroa to Totaranui.
Join the yacht for a sail on the afternoon sea breeze to Tonga Island.
Overnight on anchor.

Day 3

Walk Onetahuti to Bark Bay.
Try some fishing, swimming or relax in the hammock.
Explore Falls River, bays & beaches before catching the afternoon sea breeze back to Kaiteriteri.

Price Jamarh Stay: $1,778 per person (up to 5 people). Additional people (6 or more) $1,215 per person.
